What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, Cloudberry reverts to the free tier. Your synced photos remain on your server — nothing is deleted.
What does the free tier include?
The free tier lets you sync 1 iCloud account with up to 1,000 photos. You get the full web interface, search, albums, and bulk download. Manual sync only — no scheduled automatic syncs.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period. No long-term commitment required.
Can I use one license on multiple servers?
Each license supports up to 3 simultaneous activations. If you need more, contact us.
What if the license server goes down?
Cloudberry includes a 30-day offline grace period. If the license server is unreachable, your premium features continue working for up to 30 days. We designed it so a server issue never breaks your setup.
Is my iCloud data safe?
Cloudberry runs entirely on your hardware. Your Apple ID credentials are encrypted and stored locally — they never leave your server. We have no access to your photos or account.
